Coordinated by Claudio Kracker<\/strong>, director of our Brazilian <\/strong>operation, was held in Itapema <\/strong>the closing meeting of an excellent year for Vetanco do Brasil<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Director Horacio Mancini <\/strong>attended it as usual to share toasts, acknowledge the enthusiasm put in the project and define the future strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The context shows both challenging and optimistic:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We closed another year of growth in spite of the obstacles known by everybody, including the drop of the international demand of food due to the crisis and the difficulties faced by the major Brazilian integration. Nevertheless sales consolidated steadily, new agents and professionals joined the company and turnover grew around 15% in comparison to 2008.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was a year of intensive strategic investments in scientific and regulatory affairs. For current registration validation and renewal, and to submit new dossiers we hardly worked co-ordinately with Santa Maria Univ., Porto Alegre Univ., San Pablo Univ., Univ. Nacional del Noreste, and the Buenos Aires University <\/strong>with whose researchers we cooperated in trials of efficacy, residues, kinetics, toxicology and histopathology. As a result of that, all our top certificates were renewed on behalf of the new and highly demanding Brazilian regulations. During this fruitful year, were also submitted new products and very important licenses were obtained that are going to be launched immediately. We have now the objective and commitment to consolidate in Brazil and Latin America the productsFloramax B11<\/strong> and Perform Max Optimizer II<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This range of innovations that Pacific Vet Group <\/strong>and the University of Arkansas<\/strong> developed, y today our most important technological opportunity for 2010, and it\u2019s where we will focus our resources and abilities to put in hands of advanced food producers the technology of elite that allows us to declare that we continue supplying the safe products that safe food requires. We hope during next 2010 to comply with the confidence that the scientific environment, professionals of agriculture production and Vetanco colleagues have set on us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
