The reading will be performed at 72\u00a0hours (+\/- 6\u00a0hours) after the injection by raising the tail until slightly stretching the fold, comparing the thickness of the skin of the injected fold with the opposite that will serve as a control.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Simple cervical test: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Intradermal inoculation of 0.1\u00a0ml of bovine tuberculin PPD in the middle third of the neck.
