Adem\u00e1s de abordar los temas m\u00e1s relevantes en nutrici\u00f3n y sanidad, estuvo enfocado tambi\u00e9n en temas que competen a la producci\u00f3n y el negocio, destacando los distintos eslabones de la cadena que permiten comprender el proceso productivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante estos dos d\u00edas se desarrollaron, adem\u00e1s,&nbsp;&nbsp;paneles sobre diversos temas, incluyendo la cadena frigor\u00edfica, la industria, el comercio exterior, as\u00ed como todo lo referente a medioambiente, efluentes y huella de carbono.
