Las actividades se desarrollaron entre el <strong>Hotel Wyndham Nordelta<\/strong> y el <strong>Eco Delta Hotel &amp; Spa<\/strong>, combinando charlas, talleres pr\u00e1cticos, instancias de intercambio y momentos de camarader\u00eda en un entorno natural.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La propuesta central de esta edici\u00f3n estuvo a cargo del <strong>Dr. Mat\u00edas Stangaferro (DVM, MSc, PhD)<\/strong>, consultor profesional en Dairy Health &amp; Management Services, quien trabaj\u00f3 el eje <strong>\u201cDel dato a la decisi\u00f3n: sensores y algoritmos de las personas y vacas en lecher\u00edas inteligentes\u201d<\/strong>, acercando herramientas pr\u00e1cticas para mejorar la toma de decisiones basada en datos dentro del tambo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/vetanco.com\/es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/IMG_2231-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15273\" srcset=\"https:\/\/vetanco.com\/es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/IMG_2231-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/vetanco.com\/es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/IMG_2231-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/vetanco.com\/es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/IMG_2231-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/vetanco.com\/es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/IMG_2231-1536x864.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/vetanco.com\/es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/IMG_2231-2048x1152.jpg 2048w, https:\/\/vetanco.com\/es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/IMG_2231-510x287.jpg 510w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jornadas de capacitaci\u00f3n y experiencias compartidas en Tigre<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El encuentro comenz\u00f3 el <strong>mi\u00e9rcoles 26 de noviembre<\/strong> con la recepci\u00f3n y acreditaci\u00f3n de los asistentes en el Wyndham Nordelta, seguido de una <strong>cena de camarader\u00eda<\/strong> que permiti\u00f3 abrir el espacio de intercambio y poner en marcha el esp\u00edritu del Club.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>jueves 27<\/strong>, los participantes se trasladaron en lancha hacia el Eco Delta Hotel &amp; Spa para iniciar la jornada t\u00e9cnica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La apertura estuvo a cargo de<strong> Crist\u00f3bal Chiavassa<\/strong> (Grupo Chiavassa), quien brind\u00f3 una <strong>charla motivacional<\/strong> enfocada en liderazgo, desaf\u00edos y motivaci\u00f3n dentro de la actividad diaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego, el Dr. Stangaferro desarroll\u00f3 su <strong>charla te\u00f3rica<\/strong>, donde se profundiz\u00f3 en el uso de sensores, an\u00e1lisis de datos y su impacto en la eficiencia de los sistemas lecheros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras el almuerzo, el grupo retom\u00f3 la actividad con el <strong>taller pr\u00e1ctico del Dr. Stangaferro<\/strong>, en el que se trabajaron casos aplicados y herramientas concretas. M\u00e1s tarde tuvo lugar la <strong>presentaci\u00f3n comercial<\/strong> a cargo del <strong>Ing. Agr. Pedro Sueldo<\/strong>, Coordinador Cient\u00edfico de la Divisi\u00f3n Rumiantes de Vetanco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La tarde continu\u00f3 con <strong>actividades recreativas<\/strong>, ideales para reforzar el v\u00ednculo entre los asistentes, y finaliz\u00f3 con una <strong>cena grupal<\/strong> que consolid\u00f3 la camarader\u00eda caracter\u00edstica del Club Lechero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>viernes 28<\/strong>, el d\u00eda comenz\u00f3 con un desayuno en el hotel, seguido por el <strong>taller sobre Inteligencia Artificial<\/strong> a cargo del <strong>MV Diego Wenz<\/strong>, Coordinador T\u00e9cnico zona Centro de Vetanco.
