Vetanco M\u00e9xico<\/strong> organiz\u00f3 un precongreso en el marco del XXI Magno Evento AVECA-G 2019<\/strong> con el lema \u201cEnfrentando el presente para asegurar el futuro<\/em>\u201d.  Este evento fue organizado por la Asociaci\u00f3n de Veterinarios Especialistas en Ciencias Av\u00edcolas de Guadalajara (AVECA-G)<\/strong>, y se realiz\u00f3 en el Hotel Reflect Krystal Grand en Nuevo Vallarta, Nayarit, del 3 al 5 de octubre del presente a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Precongreso de Vetanco<\/strong> se llev\u00f3 a cabo el 3 de octubre en el sal\u00f3n principal, tuvo una asistencia de 120 personas, entre m\u00e9dicos veterinarios, productores av\u00edcolas y estudiantes. El programa dio inicio con la pl\u00e1tica del Dr. Ram\u00f3n Gamez, sobre la \u201cSituaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica global y nacional, mercado de comodities y su impacto en la industria av\u00edcola<\/em>\u201d. Gamez ofreci\u00f3 un punto de vista global al avicultor sobre la econom\u00eda y las tendencias que tienen otros mercados en la producci\u00f3n av\u00edcola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La siguiente pl\u00e1tica estuvo a cargo del Dr. Juan Carlos del R\u00edo, de la Universidad Nacional Aut\u00f3noma de M\u00e9xico, Campus Cuautitl\u00e1n. La pl\u00e1tica trat\u00f3 sobre \u201cMicotoxinas: efectos sobre la inmunidad y productividad en las aves (pollo de engorde y de postura)\u201d<\/em>. Dio un panorama muy amplio sobre las micotoxinas, los tipos que hay; los efectos y lesiones que ocasionan y las pruebas para identificarlas. Concluy\u00f3 que hay consecuencias en la salud animal, que aumenta la susceptibilidad a las infecciones, reactivaci\u00f3n de infecciones cr\u00f3nicas y disminuci\u00f3n de la eficacia de las vacunas o medicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Continuando con el tema de las micotoxinas, tuvo su turno el Dr. Nicol\u00e1s Fermentini, Country Manager de Vetanco M\u00e9xico, quien ofreci\u00f3 una pl\u00e1tica sobre \u201cEstrategias de vanguardia en el control de las micotoxinas\u201d<\/em>. Explic\u00f3 los diferentes m\u00e9todos que se emplean para el control de las micotoxinas, desde los absorbentes o capturantes electrost\u00e1ticos hasta los inactivadores enzim\u00e1ticos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finalmente concluy\u00f3 su pl\u00e1tica hablando de Detoxa Plus<\/strong>, una propuesta innovadora que desactiva las micotoxinas con enzimas espec\u00edficas que rompen la estructura molecular de la micotoxina, resultando la mol\u00e9cula en un anab\u00f3lito at\u00f3xico que el ave desecha. Otros beneficios que tiene es que no absorbe otros nutrientes, tiene un buen desempe\u00f1o en condiciones de un pH \u00e1cido como en el sistema digestivo de aves y cerdos, se puede peletizar y tiene buena eficacia aun en condiciones donde existen altas concentraciones de micotoxinas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El programa cient\u00edfico estuvo conformado por 2 precongresos, incluyendo el de Vetanco, 11 conferencias magistrales y la \u201c3ra. Mesa de expertos en incubaci\u00f3n y reproducci\u00f3n\u201d. Adem\u00e1s, se realiz\u00f3 una cena donde se reconocieron a los m\u00e9dicos homenajeados con la medalla al m\u00e9rito av\u00edcola Dr. Fabian Uvi\u00f1a por tener 30 a\u00f1os de trayectoria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
