The veterinary laboratory has forged a strategic alliance with Al-Emar International, the animal health business unit of the Saudi group Arasco, which will enable it to expand its presence in the Middle East.
Buenos Aires, May 2025. Vetanco, an international company specializing in animal health, announces a new partnership with Arasco, one of Saudi Arabia’s leading food supply and security companies, through its business unit Al-Emar International, a leader in the distribution of veterinary and agricultural products in the region.
Vetanco grants Al-Emar the distribution rights for its product line in Saudi Arabia, representing a strategic step for both companies in their shared vision to contribute to the sustainable development of the agricultural industry in the Middle East.
“Having the distribution rights for Vetanco’s innovative solutions, focused on food safety, will positively impact the growing animal health industry in Saudi Arabia,” said Dr. Ahmed El-Demerdash, Technical & Brand Manager at Al-Emar International.
The collaboration between Vetanco and Arasco comes amidst a strong drive for food security in Saudi Arabia, framed by the country’s Vision 2030, which seeks to increase poultry, beef, and dairy production. “This partnership comes at the right time to support the advancement of the Saudi agri-food sector,” added El-Demerdash.
Due to its extensive experience in the Latin American market, Vetanco will provide solutions validated in highly demanding markets, directly benefiting local producers. This synergy also opens opportunities to accompany Latin American companies already entering the region.
